60% of their compensation withheld and contributed to their basic account in the Plan, subject to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) pretax contribution limits. Participants are automatically enrolled into the Plan at a deferral rate of 3% of their compensation. For those participants who were automatically enrolled in the Plan and had not modified their deferral rate, the Plan adds a 1% increase to their deferral as of January first each year, until a deferral rate of 10% is achieved.
