. The grant date fair values of our service-based and performance-based RSUs are the closing price of our common stock on the date of grant. Our RSU awards primarily have a graded vesting schedule. We recognize expense on a straight-line basis over the requisite service period for each separately vesting tranche of the award as if the award was, in substance, multiple awards. Compensation expense for PSUs is measured by determining the fair value of the award using the closing share price on the grant date and is recognized ratably from the grant date to the vesting date for the number of awards expected to vest.
