Matching contributions under the plans for the years ended December 31, 2025 , 2024 , and 2023 were $ 14.1 million , $ 14.5 million and $ 14.0 million , respectively. Matching contributions are invested in the same manner that each participant’s voluntary contributions are invested under the respective plans. Internationally, Match Group also has or participates in various benefit plans, primarily defined contribution plans.
