Our matching contributions to the GapShare Plans were $ 49 million, $ 48 million, and $ 49 million in fiscal 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. We maintain the Gap, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan, which allows eligible employees to defer base compensation and annual bonus up to a maximum percentage, and non-employee directors to defer receipt of a portion of their Board fees.
