The Company matches a portion of these employee contributions and contributed $ 31.5 million, $ 30.9 million and $ 28.8 million in 2025, 2024 and 2023 respectively. Advertising Expense Advertising costs are expensed as incurred. Advertising expense was $ 9.8 million in 2025, $ 11.4 million in 2024 and $ 10.9 million in 2023. Stock-based Compensation Stock-based compensation cost is measured at the grant date based on the fair value of the award and is recognized as expense over the requisite service period, which generally represents the vesting period. In addition, the Company issues awards with performance targets
