profit-sharing contributions are allocated to a participant’s account based on that participant’s compensation compared to the total compensation of all eligible participants. The Company matches the participant’s salary deferral into the plan dollar for dollar up to 3 percent of the participant’s annual salary. All contributions are made conditioned upon their deductibility for federal income tax purposes. Participants have the option to make voluntary contributions to the Plan up to the annual limit set by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). Participant Investment Account Options Investment account options available include various mutual funds and common stock of the Company.
