Employer The Plan provides a fixed per-payroll matching contribution ("Employer Matching Contribution") equal to 100% of the participant’s elective deferrals, not to exceed the lesser of 5% of the participant’s compensation or IRC limits. Knowles may also elect to make profit-sharing contributions for a Plan year with respect to its employees who have satisfied the eligibility requirements set forth above. No profit-sharing contributions were provided to the Plan in 2023.
