We made matching contributions of approximately $ 6.3 million, $ 2.4 million, and $ 1.7 million to the 401(k) plan for the years ended September 30, 2025, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Additionally, we have a legacy deferred compensation plan into which certain members of management were eligible to defer a maximum of 75 % of their regular compensation and a maximum of 100 % of their incentive compensation.
