What it says about employer contributions

sponsors the 401(k) Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan, available to substantially all its employees, is subject to provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. The Company matches employee contributions on a discretionary basis. During the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023, the Company contributed $ 3.9 million, $ 3.2 million, and $ 2.9 million in matching contributions to the Plan, respectively. 21. Related Party Transactions RISCOM RISCOM provides the Company with wholesale brokerage services. RISCOM and the Company also have a managing general agency agreement. The Company holds a 20 % ownership interest in RISCOM. Net earned premiums and gross commission expense related to these agreements for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023 were as follows:
