percentage. Participants who are or will have attained age 50 prior to the end of the calendar year are eligible to elect to make catch-up contributions. State Street provides for matching contributions to the Plan in amounts equal to 100 % of the first 6 % of the employee’s contributions. Employees must have one year of service to be eligible to receive matching contributions. They are immediately 100 % vested in matching contributions once eligible. All contributions to the Plan are paid to the Trustee.
