The 401(k) Plan provides Company matching contributions on a sliding scale based on the level of the employee’s contribution. The Company’s matching contributions totaled approximately $ 3.6 million, $ 3.6 million, and $ 3.4 million for the years 2025, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
