What it says about employer contributions

the Western Digital Corporation 401(k) Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan covers substantially all U.S. employees, subject to certain eligibility requirements. Eligible employees receive employer matching contributions immediately upon hire. Eligible employees do not include individuals that are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, provide services as a consultant, interns, independent contractors, leased or temporary employees, or who otherwise are not treated as common-law employees. Eligible employees are able to contribute up to 85 % of their eligible compensation on a combined pre-tax and Roth basis regardless of age, and 10 % of their eligible compensation on an after-tax basis, all subject to U.S. IRS limitations.
