What this tells you: company-wide scale, reported employer support, participation activity, visible administrative cost, and historical direction.

Keep in mind: public filings do not show employee investment returns. Scores use only available measures; missing information lowers confidence, never the score. Current match, vesting, eligibility, investments, and employee-paid fees still require a current plan document.

permits all eligible employees (including our NEOs) to make voluntary pre-tax contributions to the plan, subject to applicable tax limitations. The Global 401(k) Plan provides for employer matching contributions equal to 100% of elective deferrals up to the first 3% of eligible compensation plus 50% of elective deferrals up to the next 2% of eligible compensation. Eligible employees may elect to contribute up to 100% of their compensation to the plan for each plan year, subject to annual dollar limitations. Participants in the plan are always fully vested in any matching contributions under the plan; however, discretionary profit sharing contributions are subject to a six-year vesting schedule. The plan is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Code so that contributions

From 2018 through 2022, we granted awards to our NEOs under the LTCIP. However, no LTCIP awards were granted to our NEOs during 2025, as the Compensation Committee determined that it was more appropriate to grant phantom unit awards under the LTIP instead. For more information on such phantom unit awards, please see Long-Term Equity Incentive Awards above. On June 10, 2022, the board of directors of our general partner granted awards under the LTCIP to our NEOs (each, a “2022 LTCIP Award”) in the following amounts: $4,500,000 for Mr. Slifka; $1,500,000 for Mr. Romaine; $600,000 for Mr. Hanson; $400,
